　　篇三：說服性演講的五個(gè)步驟

　　如何才能使自己的演講與培訓(xùn)變成一次說服人的過程，而不是簡(jiǎn)單的信息傳遞呢？換句話說，如何才能使?jié)M肚子的蝴蝶飛出來，使傳播更有效呢？要做到這一點(diǎn)，演講者就必須做好以下兩項(xiàng)基本工作：一是認(rèn)真認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備好講稿，二是實(shí)施說服性演講的五個(gè)步驟。

　　1、總結(jié)現(xiàn)象。總結(jié)現(xiàn)象即將各種由于缺乏某種觀點(diǎn)、方法或者工具而造成的`消極現(xiàn)象予以一一羅列。總結(jié)現(xiàn)象其實(shí)就是幫聽眾找到他的傷口。

　　2、指出問題。找出傷口后還得往傷口上再撒一把鹽，這樣聽眾才能真切地感受到傷口的存在以及傷口的嚴(yán)重性，這就是指出問題。問題一一指出后，聽眾就會(huì)急切地渴望得到問題的答案。

　　3、提供解決方案。提供解決方案其實(shí)就是給聽眾提供期待已久的解藥。對(duì)于聽眾來說，演講者提供的解決方案就如久旱之后的甘露，幾時(shí)而又充滿魅力。

　　4、展示效果。為了使聽眾進(jìn)一步相信自己的解決方案，演講者還必須全面展示該解決方案的巨大成效，用事實(shí)來說話，使聽眾對(duì)自己的答案更加深信不疑。

　　5、鼓勵(lì)行動(dòng)。知而后行方為有效，所有的一切最終都落實(shí)在一個(gè)“行”字上。所以演講的最后要鼓勵(lì)聽眾拿出切實(shí)的行動(dòng)來實(shí)施你給出的解決方案，不然整個(gè)演講也就白費(fèi)了。

　　總之，說服性演講就是要賣給聽眾想買的信息，就是要將自己飽滿的信心與情緒傳遞給聽眾。
