1．通過本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)，我深刻地體味到，初中中學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)改革勢在必行，尤其是我們農(nóng)村中學(xué)。以前的教學(xué)過多的注重詞匯、語法等語言知識的講授，以教師教，學(xué)生學(xué)為主要模式，只要努力就能學(xué)好。但是，許多學(xué)生聽說特別差。新課改重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生濃厚的興趣，教材設(shè)計靈活，貼近生活，重實用，能讓學(xué)生感受到英語的實用性和趣味性。充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用，使他們積極主動地參與教學(xué)活動之中。
2．我校地處農(nóng)村，在英語學(xué)習(xí)方面沒有一個好的語言氛圍。每年接手新生，學(xué)生的英語基礎(chǔ)薄弱，水平參差不齊，必須從零開始，通過一段時間的磨合，終于能趕上節(jié)奏。根據(jù)《課標(biāo)》要求，結(jié)合教材重難點，通過講授與學(xué)生生活密切相關(guān)的英語知識點，訓(xùn)練聽說讀寫能力，讓學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)由表及里、由淺入深，循序漸進，讓學(xué)生有成就感，提高學(xué)習(xí)的積極性、主動性。最終使學(xué)生從“學(xué)會”轉(zhuǎn)向“會學(xué)”“會說”。同時，盡可能多的體現(xiàn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的自主性和參與性，充分利用有限的教學(xué)資源，如多媒體、圖畫、實物等拓寬學(xué)生知識面，增強注意力，注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，提高教學(xué)效果。再次，增強學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語課的熱情和自信心。在教學(xué)中多關(guān)心性格內(nèi)向、膽小，在學(xué)習(xí)時缺乏自信心，不敢回答問題的學(xué)生，常體貼，勤鼓勵他們。課堂上應(yīng)糾正學(xué)生語言錯誤盡可能委婉一些，防止學(xué)生自尊心、自信心受到傷害，挫傷他學(xué)習(xí)外語的積極性。對學(xué)生要有信心，多鼓勵，多創(chuàng)建問題情境，盡最大可能促進學(xué)生能力發(fā)展。
